Here are some tips that may help.
1. Make sure you are using the charging cable that came with the units
2. Make sure the unit is in an upright position while charging.
3. Please try to gently press the units down when placing them in the case.
4. Check the charging ports to ensure they are not covered in a plastic film.
5. Try removing the tips before placing the units in the case for charging.
Sometimes, if one of the units is fully charged, the case will read that it is fully charged, and the logo will turn white. However, checking that both earbuds are sitting and touching the charging ports is important. Please press gently on both earbuds to confirm they are fully connected.
