XCOR PRO- Hard ResetUpdated 2 months ago

If you have a Bluetooth device, please begin by forgetting the units from your phone and turning off your phone.

Restart your phone and reconnect with your units.

Please recharge your earbuds and charging case.
When you put both earbuds into your charging case, ensure they touch the charging connectors. Sometimes, the earbuds can be bumped off slightly, which prevents them from charging.
Double-check the inside charging ports to ensure they are not covered in a plastic protective film. If so, please remove it, as this hinders charging.

Continue to Factory Reset if the above does not remedy the situation.

  • To do this, disconnect your XCOR earbuds from any Bluetooth connections.
  • After that, please put the right earbud in the charging case and close the lid.
  • Hold the touch control pad on the left earbud for 10 seconds until the green light illuminates.
  • The green light will illuminate for 3 seconds.
  • At this point, the left earbud has been restored to Factory Settings.
  • Take out the right earbud and put the left earbud in the charging case.
  • Repeat the same steps above for the right earbud.
  • Put both earbuds into the charging case for at least 3 seconds, as this causes both earbuds to sync together as a set.
  • At this point, both earbuds will be restored to Factory Settings.
  • Open the lid on the charging case and walk through the Bluetooth Pairing process to confirm that these are working correctly.

If this does not work, let both earbuds drain off the battery until dead. Then, please give them a full recharge and retry.
