Troubleshooting Charging and Connectivity Issues for XCOR PRO EarbudsUpdated 2 months ago


If your XCOR earbuds are not charging, connecting, or pairing properly, please follow the steps below. These solutions resolve most common issues.


Step 1: Restart Your Phone and Bluetooth Connections

  1. On your phone, forget the XCOR earbuds from your Bluetooth device list.

  2. Turn your phone off, then restart it.

  3. Reconnect your XCOR earbuds to your phone via Bluetooth.


Step 2: Recharge Your Earbuds and Charging Case

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and ensure they touch the charging connectors.

    • Sometimes earbuds can be slightly misaligned, preventing charging.

  2. Double-check the inside charging ports to ensure they are not covered in protective plastic film.

    • Remove any plastic film if present, as this can block charging.


Step 3: Factory Reset Your Earbuds

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset:

  1. Disconnect your XCOR earbuds from all Bluetooth devices.

  2. Place the right earbud in the charging case and close the lid.

  3. Press and hold the touch control pad on the left earbud for 10 seconds until the green light illuminates.

    • The green light will stay on for 3 seconds.

    • The left earbud is now restored to factory settings.

  4. Remove the right earbud from the case and place the left earbud in the case.

  5. Repeat the same steps for the right earbud.

  6. Place both earbuds into the charging case for at least 3 seconds to sync them together.

  7. Open the charging case lid and complete the Bluetooth pairing process to confirm proper operation.


Step 4: Fully Drain and Recharge

If issues persist:

  1. Let both earbuds drain completely until the battery is fully dead.

  2. Fully recharge the earbuds and charging case.

  3. Retry the factory reset and pairing steps above.
