AXIL does not offer replacement of individual earbuds or charging cases.

What This Means

  • If your earbuds or charging case are lost, damaged, or malfunctioning, AXIL cannot provide a separate replacement for that part.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the complete device as purchased.

  • Care and Storage: Keep your earbuds and charging case in the included carrying case when not in use to prevent loss or damage.

  • Full Device Replacement: If your device fails or is defective, please contact AXIL Customer Support to discuss warranty options for a full device replacement
