Charging Your XCOR and XCOR PRO EarbudsUpdated 2 months ago


If your XCOR or XCOR PRO earbuds are not charging properly, please follow these tips to ensure proper charging and device care.


1. Use the Included Charging Cable

  • Always use the USB-C cable provided with your XCOR or XCOR PRO units.

  • Using third-party cables will cause the units not to charge correctly


2. Position the Units Correctly

  • Place your earbuds upright in the charging case.

  • Ensure the earbuds touch the charging connectors.

  • Gently press down on the earbuds to confirm a solid connection.


3. Remove Protective Film

  • Check the charging ports and the inside of the charging case for blue or clear plastic protective film.

  • Remove any film to ensure proper charging.


4. Consider Removing Ear Tips

  • If earbuds are not sitting correctly, remove the foam or silicone tips before placing them in the charging case.

  • This helps ensure the earbuds make full contact with the charging connectors.


5. Verify Both Earbuds Are Charging

  • Sometimes, if one earbud is fully charged, the charging case may indicate it is fully charged and the logo may turn white.

  • Always check that both earbuds are sitting correctly and touching the charging ports.

  • Gently press down on both earbuds to confirm they are fully connected.
