If your XCOR or XCOR PRO earbuds are not charging properly, please follow these tips to ensure proper charging and device care.
1. Use the Included Charging Cable
Always use the USB-C cable provided with your XCOR or XCOR PRO units.
Using third-party cables will cause the units not to charge correctly
2. Position the Units Correctly
Place your earbuds upright in the charging case.
Ensure the earbuds touch the charging connectors.
Gently press down on the earbuds to confirm a solid connection.
3. Remove Protective Film
Check the charging ports and the inside of the charging case for blue or clear plastic protective film.
Remove any film to ensure proper charging.
4. Consider Removing Ear Tips
If earbuds are not sitting correctly, remove the foam or silicone tips before placing them in the charging case.
This helps ensure the earbuds make full contact with the charging connectors.
5. Verify Both Earbuds Are Charging
Sometimes, if one earbud is fully charged, the charging case may indicate it is fully charged and the logo may turn white.
Always check that both earbuds are sitting correctly and touching the charging ports.
Gently press down on both earbuds to confirm they are fully connected.
