If your unit malfunctions within 30 days of receiving it, please let us know at [email protected]. There is no deductible fee.
Under One Year Warranty
If your unit is malfunctioning after 30 days of ownership, we are happy to help you with an exchange for the same unit once the deductible is met. Please reach out to us at [email protected].
We will grant you an RMA for a return for exchange. Once we receive your units in the warehouse, we will email you a draft order for the deductible payment. Once payment is completed, we will ship your exchange.
Under The Extended Warranty
Your first exchange is free. If an exchange is needed after that, the deductible will apply, and the process will be the same as stated for the one-year warranty.
