Limited One Year Warranty
You are eligible for a warranty claim if you purchased your unit within the last year and are experiencing a manufacturing defect. If you lost the units, you are not eligible.
You must request a warranty claim using your order number and email if you purchased directly from us. If you purchased from an outside vendor, you must provide proof of purchase, showing the date and purchase unit and price, with your warranty claim request.
Once we confirm that your order is within the exchange policy, we will send you an online form. Please complete and submit it. Once you submit the form, you will receive a secondary email with our address to return the units.
We will also send you a copy of your package invoice. Please print it out and return it with your unit.
If you purchased from an outside vendor, please include your name, email, and shipping address along with your exchange.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend you get tracking on your return to ensure that your order arrives to us.
Once we receive your unit, we will process it and send you a new one. AXIL only exchanges the unit for the unit. We do not allow any upgrades on exchanges.
