Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows delivered, but you do not have the package, please check with your neighbors; it may have accidentally been delivered to a neighbor's house and will still appear. If you do not receive your package within three business days from delivery, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 801-566-0240. We will give you an online link to file a police report. Once we have a copy of that report, we will reship it. 

Delayed Delivery 

If your order has not been delivered within five business days, and your tracking is not updated in 3 business days, please let us know, and we will help you file a package inquiry. You may reach us at [email protected] or at 801-566-0240. Once a service claim is filed, your request for investigation will be sent to your local post office. The local post office will open up a search on your package, and they will follow up within 2-3 business days. Usually, this causes the package to get back on track. However, if there are any issues, the next step is to file a lost package claim. We will file this claim and follow up with the verdict. Depending on the verdict, we can reship.

Item Missing: 
If your order arrives missing an item, please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 801-566-0240. We will be happy to correct this for you. 

Order Damaged 
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a screenshot of the unit at [email protected]. Once we identify what is wrong, we will grant a return label. We will ship out your new set once the order is received in the warehouse.
