Returns & Exchanges
At AXIL, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When your order arrives, we encourage you to check your items carefully to make sure everything is correct.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can exchange your product for the same item or return it within 30 days of delivery.
How Returns Work
Our 30-day return period starts from the day your order is delivered.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable.
Returns are accepted by mail for orders shipped directly from AXIL.
To start a return:
Contact us to request a Return Authorization.
You will receive a link to complete your Return Form.
Once submitted, return your product in the same condition as when you received it to the address provided in the follow-up email.
Include the following with your return:
If purchased directly from AXIL: your packing invoice
If purchased from an outside vendor: your name, email, and shipping address
Return Exclusions
Certain earplugs are nonreturnable and nonrefundable: X30i, X20, and X-PRO
International and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable
All orders are FOB Origin
