Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely to confirm it is what you ordered. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for the same unit or return your product within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note: Our 30-day return policy begins when your item(s) are delivered to you. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. 

For your convenience, we accept returns by mail for orders shipped directly to you. Please contact us to request your Return Authorization. You will be given a link to start the process. Once your Return form is submitted, simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased it, to the address supplied in the follow-up email. 

RETURN EXCLUSIONS

Earplugs are not returnable and nonrefundable. 

International and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable

All orders are FOB Origin.
