For the following requests: 

Change of address 
Change of item 
Change of quantity
Change of payment
Cancelation

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us directly and as quickly as possible, either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 801-566-0240. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we can change the address within the same state, adjust the quantity, change an item, or cancel it. However, we cannot change the payment method or billing address. In that case, we can refund your original order and help you place a new order with a new payment method and delivery address if it is in a different state.  

If your order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
