AXIL offers a Limited One-Year Warranty on all products purchased directly from AXIL or from authorized vendors. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a warranty claim if:
You purchased your unit within the last 12 months
Your unit is experiencing a manufacturing defect
Not eligible:
Lost or missing units
How to Request a Warranty Claim
If purchased directly from AXIL
Use your order number and email address to submit your warranty claim.
Once your order is verified as within the warranty period, AXIL will send you an online warranty form.
Complete and submit the form. You will then receive a secondary email with:
Our return address
A copy of your package invoice to print and include with your unit
If purchased from an outside vendor
Provide proof of purchase showing:
Date of purchase
Item purchased
Purchase price
Include your name, email, and shipping address with your warranty claim.
AXIL will send the online warranty form and return instructions once your purchase is verified.
Returning Your Unit
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend tracking your return to ensure it arrives safely.
Include a printed copy of the package invoice and any requested information in your return.
Exchanges
AXIL only exchanges a unit for a unit.
Upgrades or substitutions are not allowed as part of the warranty exchange.
Once AXIL receives your returned unit, your replacement will be processed and shipped.
